Director of Maintenance

Jacques Richard, a private pilot and aircraft maintenance engineer. He has been an employee of the Moncton Flight College since 1985. With over 24 years of aviation experience, his knowledge of procedures and regulations, along with his previous experience as the Company Aviation Safety Officer / Quality Assurance coordinator, allow for an extensive background in MFC`s maintenance program.

AME & Quality Assurance Manager

Ian Albert is a graduate of the Aircraft Maintenance Program of CCNB Dieppe. He completed his apprenticeship with the Moncton Flight College and received his AME M1 / M2 license in April 2002. Employed with MFC since July 1997, his knowledge of company procedures along with his training in Safety Management Systems made him the obvious choice for the position of Quality Assurance Manager.

Records Clerk

Kim Steeves joined the MFC staff in June 2007, she graduated from Atlantic Business College in Business and Computer Technology.

Kim is responsible to the Director of Maintenance for the upkeep and updating of aircraft journey, technical logs and all related worksheets. She also is responsible for updating the Aircraft Maintenance Status board recording A/C maintenance work which has been done. Also to ensure that all inspection sheets, work sheets and work orders are completed (i.e. work performed initialed, and aircraft release signature present)

As well, she answers the phone in the Aircraft Maintenance and directs calls to the appropriate person for any questions or concerns, and processing and invoicing of work orders

Stores Manager

Dan Power has been with the Moncton Flight College since January 2002. With an extensive background in automotive and industrial parts management he has quickly adapted into the aviation industry. His organizational skills has streamlined the parts department as he maintains a high standard in traceability and efficiency, while keeping overhead cost in check.

Shipper / Receiver

Stephen Onuluk, joined MFC in September 2007 as a shipper / receiver and warranty administrator. With a back ground in the Canadian air force and army as an aircraft AVN tech and crewman/stores man, with 22 years service he brings vast experience to MFC to help fill his duties. He receives parts from various international and national companies, Inputs and verifies aircraft certification, updates the parts computer system. Deals with all warranty problems and ships to anywhere in the world. Assists Store Manager with ordering and locating of parts also makes up purchase orders and follows up on back orders with various companies.
